Finally, someone said it: The whole low-carb everything trend is a rip-off. In short, skimping on all carbs, including those in vegetables, fruits, whole grains and beans (like those jerks in line at the taqueria wanting a burrito without beans and rice which, hello, isn’t a fucking burrito anymore!) can increase the risk of cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and all sorts of other illnesses, you idiots!
It’s insanity out there, have you noticed? Low carb Coke®? Low carb bagels? When the low carb donut rears its ugly head, I’m going postal.
People, it’s very simple: Everything in moderation. Want a donut? Eat a fucking donut. Don’t eat six fucking donuts! Fuck!
