Serial trail

If you happen to know a 65-year-old guy who like trains, has a cousin named Susan, was raised by his mom after his dad died in World War II, talked about a woman named Petra he knew (and her younger sister, Tina), whose grandfather played the fiddle and died of a lung disease and who lived in or around Wichata between 1974 and 1986, you should probably be a little careful around him. He’s a serial killer.
“Bind, Torture, Kill,” or BTK to his friends, may have murdered 8 people before going quiet almost 20 years ago. But he’s recently come out of retirement and is apparently sending letters again this year with details about his former activities.
